• Preparation of Estimates, Management of Bidding, organize vendor's quotations, analysis of proposals, review with architect and give recommendations to clients.
• To oversee Compliance of Project with design standards by conducting periodic quality and quantity checks. Intervention in case of any shortcoming for a suitable action.
• To Ensure that Project Meets all statutory regulations and code.
• To Insure Contractual Compliance and total quality management and to see that all required tests and procedures as called for in contract are performed.
• If Any Complication Arises During the Project, oversee the change order process and approvals best suited to clients interests both with regards to cost control and time over run.
• To Maintain all Records and Compile all documentation to assist any project audit by the client or agency appointed by them.
• Getting Prepared the as built drawing from all the concerned contractors and vendors.
• Closing the Contracts of all the contractor and submitting contract closeout reports the clients.
• Organize Progress Review cum Coordination Meeting at site with architect, consultant and representations of contractor, vendors.
• Where Required, act as owner's representation.
• Coordination with Selected Contractors for finalization of area wise project planning schedule.
• Deployment of Technical & supervisory staff at site.
• Recording and Issuance of minutes of meeting to all concerned.
• Timely Advise the Customer regarding cash flow requirements for future.
• Manage the Progress, Payment System Scrutinizing the bills and giving recommendations for payments as per contractual terms and conditions.
